Abstract Submission Guidelines

For Paper Presentations

  • Abstract Length: Maximum 250–300 words.

  • Author Limit: Maximum 5 authors per paper.

  • Format:

    • Title: Concise, written in Title Case (16 pt, Bold).

    • Author(s) & Affiliation(s): Full names, institutional affiliation(s), and corresponding email address.

    • Abstract Body: Single paragraph, no subheadings. Should briefly state:

      • Problem / Background

      • Method / Approach

      • Results / Findings

      • Conclusion / Contribution

    • Keywords: 3–5 keywords, placed after the abstract.

  • Formatting Requirements:

    • File Type: Microsoft Word (.docx)

    • Font: Times New Roman, 10 pt

    • Spacing: Single line spacing

    • Alignment: Justified

    • Paper Size: A4, 1-inch margins all sides

  • Language: English only.

  • Plagiarism Policy: Abstracts/papers will be checked using IEEE standards; similarity index must be below 20%.

  • Presentation: Accepted papers will be presented orally (10–12 minutes) in technical sessions.

  • Publication: Accepted papers will be included in the Conference Proceedings with ISBN. Selected papers will be considered for submission to indexed journals (Scopus/DOI/Google Scholar).

For Poster Presentations

  • Abstract Length: Maximum 200–250 words.

  • Author Limit: Maximum 3 authors per poster.

  • Format:

    • Title: Written in Title Case (16 pt, Bold).

    • Author(s) & Affiliation(s): Full names, institutional affiliation(s), and corresponding email address.

    • Abstract Body: One paragraph, must include:

      • Introduction / Objective

      • Method / Approach

      • Key Findings

      • Conclusion / Relevance

    • Keywords: 3–5 keywords.

  • Formatting Requirements:

    • File Type: Microsoft Word (.docx)

    • Font: Times New Roman, 10 pt

    • Spacing: Single line spacing

    • Alignment: Justified

    • Paper Size: A4, 1-inch margins all sides

  • Presentation: Authors must attend poster sessions to discuss their work.

  • Awards: Best Poster Award(s) will be announced at the Closing Ceremony.

⚠️ Submission Policy (Both Poster & Paper)

  • All submissions must be uploaded through the Conference Submission Portal (link will be available Soon).

  • Each registered author may submit a maximum of One abstracts.

  • Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Review Committee following IEEE peer-review standards.

  • Notification of acceptance will be sent by email.
